The "Table of Contents" option allows to add a Table of Contents by choosing from several preset formats or creating your own.

The "Add Text" option allows you to add the current paragraph into the the table of contents.

The "Update Table" option allows you update the Table of Contents so that all the entries refer to correct page number.
